Just to prove that it's not all 'Tea and Biscuits' here is a volunteer taking a friend out on a good old cycle.

We are always in need of new volunteers, and the needs of those in need of a bit of company can vary from a cafe visit, and game of bridge, or a cycle to the bridge.

John is pictured with his befriendee who has a problem finding his way on the roads. He is a fit and a keen cyclist, so it is difficult for him to go out on his own as he may become lost.They cycle together for an hour or so every 2-3 weeks.

Where possible we like to contribute, just as our great volunteers do.
